hello i just destroyed my internal hard drive by punching the laptop......(cant control my anger)

i run some diagnostics tools(seagate)and used hdd regenerator for repairing the bad sectors.

but the process was taking part for two hours and stil had six more.

the thing is that for sure the hdd is damaged,i also cant access my files from ubuntu linux.

so last solution i made a full backup of my hard drive to an external and after i have to recover it to see if i can save anything.

i dont care to same the hard drive i just need to save some important files.

so i want you to tell me if there is any program(good)to recover files or some repairs to do by myself to the hdd to make its condition better.

waiting for your help,thanks anyway

p.s english in not my native language so forgive any mistakes......
