all browsers crash even in safe mode with networking...

One way to try and resolve the issue is to:

 

1) Reset the CMOS/BIOS to factory defaults, and then

2) run diags on both the RAM and the hard drive.

IF it passes both tests, then

3) backup your stuff (in Safe mode) and

4) re-install the Operating Systerm from scratch.

 

If the computer still doesn't operate correctly, more than likely there are failing/failed and/or incompatible hardware problems somewhere.

1st....thank you for the help and advice in advance...

2nd... i already did that and still no help

some notes on browser issues
 
I.E. crashes or becomes unresponsive after a few seconds 
 
F.F crashes on opening 
 
Chrome frequently goes to the aww snap! screen 
 
opera shows up black screen on opening...
 
the only browser i can actually use is chrome when in "safe mode with networking "
 
already went to the malware thread and the person who helped me concluded there was no malware on my computer 
 
 
 
currently running a home build with 
 
windows 7 home premium   64 bit system
 
gigabyte mobo 
 
4 gig ram 
 
amd a6-3500 APU with radeon[tm] hd graphics 2.10 ghz
 
nvidia galaxy 210 graphics card 
 
 
all drivers and system are fully updated 
 
this is after a clean install into a new harddrive

further note:...memory tested good...and same for the harddrive....
