Hello all, I know it is a scam, and have hit a brick wall trying to get through to a computer prompt. As I F8 to get to boot options and try safe mode, networking, command prompt, and enter it begins loading window files, and then takes me back to starting windows, and signing in, and then virus page again. Can anyone help? My gals daughter needs for school and repair places trying to rip us off too! Has anyone been able to figure this out? Thanks!!

What is the operating system? Do you have any idea of what caused this?
