Signing in to company PC.

When i log in into my PC with the password. I get a pop-up saying(sign in) Username and password do not match with (you provided name of-individual),you press OK and it goes right through. Windows 7, Dell Intel Pentium. Its getting annoying for my user but i cant find a way to stop this pop-up. If anyone can help, thank you.
