Hi Folks

I've just found this site and hope it will help me get to grips with my b******g computer! I'm a silver surfer (well would be if I didn't use L'Oreal Excellence!) and really enjoy trying to sort things out even though it can be very frustrating.

I'm PA to a transport consultant, used to teach journalists shorthand and also taught IT to 16+ students.

Look forward to getting to know you.
