shutdown victim computer though cmd

I am using windows 8 and victim using windows vista on same network ....

i have tried to shutdown victim computer on the same network by using command shutdown -i in cmd 

but it's denied to do that...it's not work help me to fix that error

Unless you have administrator rights on the network/computers you cannot execute this type of command.


edit: If you do have administrator rights, PSTools will greatly assist you with many commands.
