Hey. My friend has been having issues with running minecraft ever since she got her Laptop fixed (from a blue screen) her laptop was windows xp, and ran minecraft just fine. but now its windows vista, and apparently her graphics card does not support minecraft.

System Information:

Processor: Intel® Pentium® M processor 1.73GHz 1.73GHz

Memory (RAM): 512 MB

System Type: 32-bit

Graphics Card: Mobil Intel® 915GM/GMS/910GML Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - XDDM)

If anyone can please reply with an answer, that world be great, and please note that this is my first time on this forum. Thanks :)

Welcome to BC

Really Memory (RAM): 512 MB is not enough ram to even run vista you will need at least 2 gigs, I suggest 4 in order to be able to experience vista without issue.

A memory upgrade is the only way forward in this case.

I'm not saying its laggy. im just saying that Minecraft doesn't work at all on my friends pc. one of my other friends upgraded from windows 7 to 8.1 and minecraft doesn't work for him at all ether. I have a theory that Microsoft provided graphics drivers simply screw up games in general. Is there a way that I can Re-Replace the drivers provided by Microsoft with working ones?
