I cannot go past this point. Get file system\32\drive\q12300.says. what does this mean? And how do I get laptop to operate ?? Help pls!

Hello, myangel2673.

It seems your Laptop is Missing a Critical Driver.

I did some Research and it appears all you need to do is Re-Install your Version of Windows.

My is is Windows. I've tried to reinstall Windows but it won't let me. Doesn't seem to reconize disc. Could my internal hard drive is shot? Should I just install a new hard drive?
