Good Morning All,

I am wondering if the scenario below is possible and or feasible, and to be honest even necessary.

I am looking to cancel my cable tv subscription and setup a pc to connect to Hulu, YouTube, Netflix etc. and I was wondering is there a way to record some of the shows off of hulu and netflix onto the pc hdd much like a dvr?  The reason I said in the beginning if it is necessary is, does hulu or netflix remove content enough that I would need to record the show instead of just firing hulu back up and watching it again?  If there is a need is there a good freeware or software that anyone recommends for the dvr service?
