My friends computer will not install the following software, comes up with the following error part way through the install.

OOKA ISLAND,  A learn to read adventure

Error

Error getting file security: E:\Desktop\ GetLastError: 5

I've ran in the following order:

Rkill

Malwarebytes

Junkware Removal Tool

ADWCleaner

Rebooted

Rkill

Windows Repair (All-in-one) Portable

Rebooted

Eset Online scanner

Tried installing again, same error

Went into MSConfig:

Startup Tab: Disabled all Startup Items

Services Tab: Ticked off Hide all MS Services, Un-ticked all services that had a tick

Rebooted

Tried installing again, same error

I didn't want to start messing around with any of the MS Services

Software manufacturer didn't offer any usable help with install, just said it's your computer

Software installs fine on my computer.

Any suggestions before I start uninstalling programs one at a time

I see nothing in his programs installed that might be hindering anything?

His profile is Administrator

Problem solved, sort of.

Create another profile and installed software.

Logged into original profile and software works fine.

Must be something wrong with original profile
