Whenever I try to scan my computer, I click "Run Scan". But now, it'll display "Operation Cancelled" next to the "Run Scan" button. What's wrong?

A few questions..

Is your licence still valid and properly active?

Which Kaspersky package is it?

Does the package report that protection or ;the main components' are enabled, and that it is properly up to date?

Is self protection Enabled? If not - I'd turn that on...

Any other recent infections? Any other symptoms?

My licence is valid and active. It is the Kaspersky Internet Security. Updates run automatically, and are up-to-date. Everything excluding anti-spam and anti-banner are enabled. Self protection is on. I haven't had any infection recently, though my laptop is a bit slow.

I'm not sure if the problem is listed in the topic you referred me to. It could just be me, but can you point out which section has the information?

My problem resolved itself for some reason. Just a minute ago I couldn't scan, but now I could. Thanks anyway.
