Is your computer clean now?  You will need to provide more information before anyone can help such as what is the error you are receiving and when does the error occur.

Has the malware team here at BC declared your system malware-free? If so, please do the following:

Download BlueScreenView:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.

when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All

Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

No no one yet. I've sent most of the reports to the other topic and have not received any word yet. Once I log on about 10 seconds later the blue screen pops up. I'll attach a PDF of it.

You need to wait until your system is dis-infected. Until then, everything else is wasted effort. I'm going to ask a moderator to lock this thread until that time.

As stated, your first priority should be malware cleanup.

Having 2 topics about the same computer is confusing for you and those helping you. It can hinder the help process.

Your Am I Infected topic is here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/540554/desperate/

For now, that is the topic which you need to stay in until your system is declared clean. You will need to be patient as you wait for replies there. Those helping you are volunteers. Boopme will see your latest posts in that topic since he is subscribed to them.

I am locking this topic. That means it is closed to new replies. If you still have this issue after you computer is declared clean, please use the Report on the bottom right side of a post in this topic and request that it be opened again.
