What's the difference between types of USB ports?

I'm just now looking at the back of my computer in detail. I saw two different looking USB ports and I'm not sure what the difference is. Image is in the link above.

I believe the 4 ports on the left are USB 3.0 and the two on the right are USB 2.0. USB 3.0 are usually blue in color but yours are black.
