I have Windows 7. When I use my laptop to attempt to log into Facebook, the URL says https://www.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1 and there's a white blank page in Google Chrome. When I try it with Internet Explorer, I get the same URL and the following information: This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

I think that I may have reset my Internet and Google Chrome settings before I started having this problem; however, my husband can log into his Facebook account on my laptop with Google Chrome without any problems. I can't log into my account on my laptop or on a work PC at my office. I can log into Facebook on my husband's laptop with Google Chrome, but I can't on his laptop with Mozilla Firefox although he can log into his account with both browsers on his laptop.

I can't figure out of it's a Facebook account problem or a problem with my settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
