I feel quite comfortable in saying that I doubt you have a virus or malware on your Blackberry. What ever you used to identify malware or viruses on your Blackberry has quite likely given you whats known as a false positive. Because 'webkit' is the engine for the Blackberry browser. Without it you do not have a browser on your Blackberry.
