Hi everyone, I have done countless searches and can't seem to find an answer to this.  The stereo speakers on my Dell desktop PC are making an intermittent crackling sound that is consistent every 20-30 seconds when the speakers are turned on.  It just started doing this when I moved and disconnected/reconnected all of my stuff.  I'm almost positive I've got everything connected right.  Very annoying, any idea what this might be?
