Hello all, We are using a Zdesigner GK420t label printer which is being shared on our network from an XP Pro machine. I would like to force all users on XP and others on the network using Win 7 to use a particular paper size, but I haven't found a way to force that paper size on all users. Can anyone advise how I might be able to do that? Thanks! Ken

[peanut gallery comment]

I'm going to assume that asking them "Please' doesn't work.
