Has anyone any experience with using this program? My question is more so how you handle the "client reports" at the end. Do you give the clients the report in the beginning, or after the fix (once everything is taken care of)?


I just want to come up with a good process when taking in client computers to work on.

I'm not sure i understand...what do you expect to achieve by running this test?


What do you think this test will reveal that will be of value to anyone bringing a system in for repair?
