How to enable mouse "snap to" in Windows 8?

How do I enable the mouse "snap to" feature in Windows 8?


I miss it sooooo much!!!

Control Panel > Mouse Properties > Pointer Options > Snap To >  Tick Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box. Click <Apply> and <Ok>
