Hi, I've attached a file that is a screen shot of what happens when I try to use my son's computer to go to certain websites. His computer works fine with some websites, but not others. Specifically, it does not work with google.com.

Would someone be able to guide me on how to fix this problem? Thanks =)

Appears to be a Chrome problem, https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/4454607?hl=en .

I would just use another browser, there doesn't seem to be any correction taken by Google.

Some report that this is the result of a failing CMOS battery or inaccurate system clock, https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/igeIjRdUN64 .

Hmmm, that didn't work. I tried using Internet Explorer, and I set the clock to the right date/time. But that didn't work.

Google'd the issue and found this:

"If you still have the issue after the date and time is fixed then when you see the the error message on the browser just type "proceed" (no quotes and not in the URL location, just type on the browser which you won't see that word you typed) and it will redirect you to the search page. This read this suggestion on another thread and it worked."

Download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
    Checkmark the following checkboxes:
    Flush DNS
    Report IE Proxy Settings
    Reset IE Proxy Settings
    Report FF Proxy Settings
    Reset FF Proxy Settings
    List content of Hosts
    List IP configuration
    List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
    List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Chrome still won't work, but now IE is working properly, so that's good enough. Thank you so much!

Some report that this is the result of a failing CMOS battery or inaccurate system clock, https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/igeIjRdUN64 .

Yes, you can reset the time and date.

However, your issues could be caused by a failing CMOS battery. Time and date being changed is indicative of a failing CMOS battery. Incorrect time and date is usually the first sign that the battery needs to be replaced.

Battery failure causes all sorts of issues. If it is the battery, you will continue having the time and date change issue if the battery is not replaced.

Replace the battery-a new one may resolve your issues.
