Hello all.

Today I noticed that the BitDefender icon in my tray is gray says that BitDefender is unresponsive and that I should restart my computer. I'm not sure how long this has been the case but that means I was without BitDefender for a while. I was unable to reactivate auto-scan and other security features but was able to run a full scan and get rid of upwards of 20 threats. I usually always have BitDefender running and have MalwareBytes that I only open when I think something is up. After getting rid of the threats I restarted my computer but the BitDefender icon was still gray and I still found myself unable to open MalwareBytes.I have no idea what kind of malware has found its way onto my computer but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

EDIT: I'm running Windows 7 on a 64-bit machine.
