I am new user to this webiste (registered) but have been browsing this website for a while.
I would be greatful to hear what professional IT technicians/Engineers use when working onsite to diagnose customers issues with Laptop/PCs.
I am starting visting customers to fix their there problems. Always got few things with me on USB stick/CD
ex. latest AV software (combofix, anti-malware etc) cpu-z, bootable recovery disks with various software installed on them, copies of OS in case reinstall needed, ethernet cable, adsl filter
What do you always have with you?
Will like to hear and test some of yours recommendations
