Running Slow and External HD Crashed

I noticed a couple things. First off we have already run two of these programs in the instructions you sent me. Secondly, when DL the JR program 360 Total Security said it had a trojan and deleted it. What's going on here>

360 total security is really sensitive. I assure you nothing on that page is an issue I wrote that guide my self.

 

You can right click on the 360 icon on the bottom right and select exit, while you run through that guide. :)
