Hello, hello- this site has been a tremendous help over the years but now I'm beyond confused, stumped and don't know what my next step should be.  My laption is a Dell Latitude, Windows 7 64-bit Professional and the big issues is the CPU constantly(well within 5-7 mins after I start surfing the web) will spike from 5-4% to 84-100% and just keeps at it.  In task manager I have tons of svchost.exe files running, which I know is common, except one is always well over 150,000 in private memory.  That isn't not normal right?  Along with that once chrome is open regardless of how many tabs I have open, there will just be a ton of Chrome services that start opening and with in seconds will just take over the memory and bam, CPU is all over the place.

I sent a help ticket to Chrome but have never heard back.  Is this is a Chrome issue? A virus? I just don't know at this point.  I frequently use: CCleaner, Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, Avast, and Emsisoft; occasionally something will be found which I delete, and move on but the svchst spiking continues.  After going through the forums and tutorials I also ran Rkill and the following are the only 3 not normals that popped up.

Checking for processes to terminate:

 * Your %Temp% folder is set to C:\Windows\TEMP, which can be dangerous. Skipping termination for this folder.

 *  Resetting .EXE, .COM, & .BAT associations in the Windows Registry

 * HOSTS file entries found:
    127.0.0.1       localhost

Is this related to my main issue or something to even worry about? How am I supposed to fix or what to do here.  I'm seriously at a loss to my next step.  I would appreciate any and all information and whatever information you need from or whatever, ask away!

Thanks in advance
