This is not a new entry, but I have additional information about it.  It is also included and installed with the InterMapper software.  You might ask them what it is all about. Here's a link to their site.

I hope this is what I was supposed to do as there was little information in the startup database about this startup item.  I'm sure InterMapper would be happy to explain it further.
