Blue Screen issue

Hello there, I have blue screen issue as well, I found an application that thought it can help but it only found the issues and did not fix them. I am copy and pasting the finding so I hope one can help me here. The generated report had many items but I am posting 2 of them that I think have more problems and were highlighted in red but I am attaching the report that I saved in tst format, also I have dell 1425 inspiron:

 I see numerous problems with your graphics device driver.  If you have any drivers you didn't get from Dell, that could be your problem.


Everyone with a computer should back his system up to an external hard drive regularly.  :thumbsup:

One of your blue screens is related to either directx, your video driver or video card. Update your video card driver step 1.

 

The other common 0x19 I do not have much experience with.

Experienced two years ago similar problem. HP/Compaq W7. Try take out one of your 1 or 2 GB memory cards. If problem is still there replace card and take the out the  card. In my situation one of those card was defect. Afterwards problem came never back (touch wood).
