Hello

I'm still using windows xp since end of support for win xp :P

So anyway, i need a help for my computer. When i run the defraggler, it works fine. But, after the defrag process is done, my computer freezes. I've try to press the restart button on my computer, but it hangs up at the startup. And when i want to choose the save mode, it freezes again. Any help for this?

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

System manufacturer and model?

Can you boot into safe mode?

Can you get into the BIOS via Setup?
