Im Having Problems. Please Help

I am not able to download quicktime. So when i tried to delete i-tunes+quicktime, im not able to b/c is says some error with -3. IDK what that means but im tired of it. Any help yall can give me?

Did you try to delete it, or remove it using Add/Remove Programs?

Have you tried deleting it, in Safe Mode?
How to start Windows in Safe Mode

What is the exact eror message?
