Hello ,

Sorry to tell you that this is a nasty way to introduce yourself -

How to remove a Trojan, Virus, Worm, or other Malware By the Admin of this forum, but it is about 10 years old.

TrojanDownloader:Win32/Tugspay.A << and the most recent details from M/soft -

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Prep Guide<== starting at Step #6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE in virus Trojan spyware and malware removal logs area<==

Do not run ComboFix, or any more tools unless requested by the Malware Response Team.

Just include the requested logs from above. Please be sure to include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

Note - If you cannot produce any of the requested logs or have problems at all with the directions, then please create the new topic anyway, include the information that you were unable to produce the other logs and why along with a description of your computer issues.

Try to post a link from your new post, or just tell me once you have done it. We will then lock this topic to prevent any incorrect advice being posted.
