So recently my Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000 (USB) microphone broke, (sound totally fine, not sure if hardware problem or not with the mic) and so i'm using my lab-top microphone, and it is not very good. There is another head set i own, which is a Logitech H150, which is a Jack cable headset, which i stopped using because the audio broke, but not the microphone. So then I was wondering if i can use my USB headset for the audio, and my Jack cable headset for the microphone. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say that if you plug them in and your system recognizes what they are correctly, they will work for you.
