cannot connect to our website or webmail - connection time out

Hi I am new here and have a real issue. I've tried different browsers, (different websites all loading with no problem) different computers and the website and webmail for the small company I work for has not loaded since yesterday afternoon. Gets a time out connection. As you can imagine a company without email and a website is a bit of an urgent matter. And you may have guessed i am not a computer techy and sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but is this an issue with our server?

You should check the DNS and make sure the domain is not expired.  If those look ok, then check the server you are using.
