I havve awsome WiFi. and its unlocked its off of Belkin but when i get on the. Web it says enter belkin guest password

If this is your wi-fi you should know and or have the guest password. Or know who to get it from.

If you're not paying for the service then what you are doing is using someone else's service. We can't help you with regards to accessing someone's bandwidth without their permission.
