I live in US but currently oversea and there is bill I need to pay using the my credit card. It won't accept my card. I contacted support and informed that they cannot recognized my IP. How do change proxy IP address into a US one?

What proxy service are you using? You should be able to contact the vendor and ask them?

You need to get a VPN connection with a US server. I have not used the following so I cannot vouch for it. It is just an example of one of the free VPN services.
