I've just moved up to Outlook 2013. The background is white and somewhat glaring. Plus there are fish at the top of the screen! Is it possible to change the background?

Thanks.

You can change the icons in the ribbon and get rid of the fish by changing the Office background. You can't change the white background, but you can choose another theme that might cut down on the glare.
