Hello!
Its happened 3 times that when I turn on my computer I see my desktop & mouse but there are no icons on the screen. THen when i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete it says that Explorer & something else (sorry i forgot) are not working (and those two are the only things on the Close Program box). Then i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete again but nothing happens so i manually restart my computer. From then on I've been able to go to Windows properly & everything looks fine.

I'm not sure if its a virus?

I posted a log about 3 weeks ago and everything got cleaned. Then i got myself a firewall & updated my virus scanner & i've been scanning almost every other day! I've found a lot of internet tracking cookies, but thats about it.

Please help, thank you!!

Hi parklife,

Our apologies for the delay. If you still require help, please post a new fresh log so I can see if anything has changed.

This log is clean, tho I have a question on one entry. Let me know if you are still getting the problem you describe and if so write down what else isn't working besides Explorer. Is Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) telling you Explorer and whatever is not responding? The exact message you get will better help us to know what the problem might be.

The thing about people

is they change

when they walk away.--Mipso
