If what you posted is a bounce message for an email you sent it's telling you that the address you sent the mail to does not exist.

The email is attempting to reach a fictitious account, in this case bleep@bleepingcomputer.com.

I'm guessing you received this non-delivery receipt in your email earlier today and are wondering why.

Did you try to reply to the verification email (or other email from BC) you received after creating your Bleeping Computer Account?
 
Mail sent to bleep@bleepingcomputer.com will bounce back to the sender since it not set up to receive mail.
