Hello,
You're dealing with other malware as well though...
I see you have EmpirePoker installed.
If you didn't install it with intension to play with, I suggest you uninstall it, because in most cases, these programs are supported by malware, getting installed without asking for it and also lead you to sites where malware is lurking.
If you do play it, then leave it alone.

I strongly recommend you uninstall SpywareBot, because this so called spywareremover is on the blacklist.
  • Download Brute Force Uninstaller to your C:\
  • Unzip it to a folder of its own (C:\BFU). So the BFU-folder should be on your root. In most cases this is C:\
  • Download sidekickFix.bat (rightclick on this link and choose save as)
  • Place sidekickFix.bat in your C:\BFU - folder. (Important!)
  • Doubleclick sidekickFix.bat, Close all browsers and explorer folders.
  • Type Y for yes to start the fix and follow the prompts.
  • It will ask to reboot your computer, so please allow it to reboot.
After reboot,

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

Hello,

It's indeed looking a lot better.

Check and fix next leftovers in hijackthis again:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page =
O9 - Extra button: EmpirePoker - {77E68763-4284-41d6-B7E7-B6E1F053A9E7} - C:\Program Files\EmpirePokerMaster\EmpirePoker\RunEPoker.exe (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: EmpirePoker - {77E68763-4284-41d6-B7E7-B6E1F053A9E7} - C:\Program Files\EmpirePokerMaster\EmpirePoker\RunEPoker.exe (file missing)

Then delete next files:

C:\Documents and Settings\joel\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Ssk.log
C:\keyboard23.exe
C:\WINDOWS\uninstall_nmon.vbs

Let me know in your next reply how things are running now.

Clean log here.

To keep this clean in the future, I would suggest the following things:

Install Spywareblaster
SpywareBlaster doesn`t scan and clean for so-called spyware, but prevents it from being installed in the first place. It blocks the popular spyware ActiveX controls, and also prevents the installation of any of them via a webpage.

* Avoid illegal sites, because that's where most malware is present.
* Don't click on links inside popups.
* Don't click on links in spam messages claiming to offer anti-spyware software; because most of these so called removers ARE spyware.
* Download free software only from sites you know and trust. Because a lot of free software can bundle other software, including spyware.

Let your antispywarescanner(s) scan frequently and don't forget to update before.

And I do suggest you perform an online virusscan once in a while. (Housecall and/or Bitdefender). Because what one virusscanner can't find another one maybe can.
Also make sure that your virusscanner, the one that is installed on your system is always up to date!

Make sure your windows has the latest updates, so visit asap: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ to update to SP2!

If you are having XP SP2, read here how to configure Security Features for Internet Explorer:
