I am trying to install Windows 7 on a blank hard drive in an HP computer. When I get to the "Windows Product Activation" page, the mouse will not work so I can click yes or no. Any ideas?

Thank you.

You should be able to get to the Yes or No buttons by pressing the TAB key.  That's always worked for me.

Good luck.

Everyone with a computer should back his system up to an external hard drive regularly.

Then your computer is freezing when you get to that point.  Have you downloaded & installed all your drivers from HP?  If so I'd try booting to Safe Mode with networking and see if I couldn't get activated that way.  By the way, you have 30 days to get activated.

Good luck.
