VIRUS? I keep getting popup "Update Windows NT Drivers"

No now I'm getting a new popup saying my browser is outdated and it automatically put an .exe file in my downloads I took a screenshot of it but can't seem to paste it here

Ok , obviously we have a protected malware.. We need to move and get a deeper look.
Please follow this Preparation Guide, do steps 6,7 and 8 and post in a new topic.

I downloaded DDS but when I try to run it I get a msg saying it can't run in compatibility mode & quits! I don't know what this means or how to change it = {

Sorry you have Win 8 and it won't run.

Start the new topic per step 7.. say you need a good cleaning and have Win 8
