Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a suggestion for a decent free dll recovery program that can be used when sfc scannow can not fix or repair the dll file that is free and that does not have a trial period.

thank you

When that happens to me, I restore from my backup which I make to an external hard drive.  Otherwise trying to recover a DLL file is fraught with peril because there can be many many versions, updates, etc.

Everyone with a computer should back his system up to an external hard drive regularly.

If you are talking about system files...(IMO) the best recourse is to run the sfc /scannow command when system files are missing or damaged.  Or do a repair install.
