I have a Dell laptop windows 7 professional and I am getting the following errors:

C:\Windows\system32\d3d11.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

The program can't start because DAVHLPR.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

When I shut down or restart the computer I get this:

Exception Processing Message 0x0000135 Parameters 0x000007FEFD57718C 0x000007FEFD57718C 0x000007FEFD57718C 0x000007FEFD57718C

When I tried running System restore I got this:

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer system files and settings were not changed.

Details:

System Restore failed while scanning the file system on the drive C:\

The drive might be corrupt.  You might want to retry System Restore after running chkdsk /R on this disk.

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore (0x800705571)

The computer got stuck while idle twice so I had to turn it off manually when restarting one of those times a disk check started running I'm not sure what it was.  I noticed it started deleting files and when it finished the computer started normally but I started getting those errors.

I also cleaned my computer of some malware it had using Malwarebytes, spybot, glary utilities.

Any ideas of what could be happening

Please help!!!

Hello, I do not think it's malware but it may be file corruption from it.

Download Windows Repair (All in One) from this site

Install the program then run it.

NOTE 1. In Windows Vista, 7 and 8 right click on the program, click "Run As Administrator".
NOTE 2. Disable your antivirus program before running Windows Repair.

Go to Step 3 and click on Check button next to 1. See If Check Disk Is Needed.
If the tool that the Check Disk is needed click on Do It button next to 2. Check Disk.
In that case make sure you restart computer.

Once the above is done go to Step 4 and allow it to run System File Check by clicking on Do It button:

Go to Step 5 and under "System Restore" click on Create button:

Go to Start Repairs tab and click Start button.

Leave all checkmarks as they're.
NOTE for Windows 8 users. Reset Registry Permissions is NOT checked by design.

Click on Start button.

Post Windows Repair log which is located in the following folder:
64-bit systems - C:\Program Files (x86)\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\Logs
32-bit systems - C:\Program Files\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\Logs

The computer keeps locking up when idle and I have to force shut down.  So I think it is a failing hard drive.
