a couple weeks ago when I upgraded to win8.1 update 1 I noticed that there was a lot of activity on my network that wasn't usually there, after doing some digging I found that svchost was attempting to connect to 95.211.162.80 on 5 separate pid's ports 443-447. at the same time there were connections to 188.138.1.1 and 188.138.9.1 that were actually tying up my bandwidth, kapersky wouldn't block the ip's so I installed komodo and was able to block all the ip's but i'm still having svchost trying to connect to 95.211.162.80. I've tried to look up the services being used by those pid's but there are none listed, I kill the process and another one starts up immediately. I've used malwarebytes, kapersky, avg and comodo and all say no viruses or malware.

at this point i'm stumped and could use any help I can get

Hello kougath... To fix this we need to get a deeper look. Please follow this Preparation Guide, and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.

Ok then just repost there ( as per step 8) and state you have win8 and they will understand.
