Ridding Windows Vista of the Yandex.ru browser

Suddenly Yandex.ru showed up as my homepage and browser!  I Googled it and tried the remedies, such as uninstalling it.  However, it STILL shows up as my homepage and default search engine!


Anyone know how to delete it?  Thank you!
