I can't find anything on Atmlck.exe, which usually isn't a good sign.

Have you updated, and run your antivirus?
Have you done any online virus scans?
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Have you run any Spyware/Malware programs?
Ad-Aware
Spybot S&D

What Spyware/Malware programs do you use?
Were there any error messages?
If so, what was the exact error message?
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P, CPU: Phenom II X4 955 Deneb BE, HS/F: CoolerMaster V8, RAM: 2 x 1G Kingston HyperX DDR2 800, VGA: ECS GeForce Black GTX 560, PSU: Antec TruePower Modular 750W, Soundcard: Asus Xonar D1, Case: CoolerMaster COSMOS 1000, Storage: Internal - 2 x Seagate 250GB SATA, 2 x WD 1TB SATA; External - Seagate 500GB USB, WD 640GB eSATA, 3 x WD 1TB eSATA

Sorry I should have explained, I'm trying to help another and he has the idea it's associated with spyfalcom & I don't think so, I couldn't find anything on it either, it's certainly not listed at Computer associates etc as being a SF issue. Thanks for your effort anyways, much appreciated, I'll come back if I can get more info, and yes he's scanned with several of the normal applications. Ty

But did he scan using the online virus scanners in the links provided by tg1911?

In addition, I also recommend (if your running Win XP/2000) to download and scan with Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5
Ewido Install and Scan Instructions. You may need to repeat the scan in "SAFE MODE".

Trend, Pcpitstop, ewido, webroot, kaspersky all nada, so really guys, thx and sorry for wasting your valuable time.
In future I'll call you AFTER I've checked the bot personally,
