Windows popup problems

Hello.I have a very strange problem:last day i noticed when i watch videos or play games the Windows tray randomly popup and then dissapers.When im not in fullscreen mode sometimes i notice my computer try to load something.Can somebody help me with this problem?(sorry for my bad english)

 Download & install Malwarebytes, let it update itself, then do a scan with it.  Then do a full system scan with your antivirus program.  After that run SFC.  Click Start & type CMD in the search box, right-click CMD.EXE and click Run as administrator.  From the command prompt type sfc /scannow.
