i need help immediately. i had already gotten a virus about a year or two ago and i had to get a new hard drive. im having the same problem again. i got viruses last time from kazaa, the p2p networking program and i heard from someone that kazaa is what gave me the virus, however, i was told limewire did not. foolishly, i downloaded limewire on my new hardrive and its been over a year now that ive had any problems until today. i have found popups and i know this is a sign of adware. ive also found a couple things installed on my computer:

freepod
InetGet2
surf sidekick 3

i successfully (i believe) uninstalled surf sidekick from another post. is there another (if possible, easy) way to get rid of any other viruses on my computer? i know there are other posts about this but i didnt quite understand. just tell me what to do and ill do it. if you need any information like command promps i think theyre called tell me how and ill see what i can do. hurry please =(

i deleted limewire but then again under Program Files, none of the files will remove either.

ill never use a p2p program again -_-

I have the ad-aware se personal and it doesnt seem to detect it but it detects other things.

for the freepod i get things telling me its installing..it goes to quick for me to tell what it says

i think this is what the log is that everyone uses and i got it from my virus removal program

I suggest you post a HijackThis log for examination.
A member of the HijackThis Team will walk you through, step by step, how to disinfect your computer.

Read How to post a HijackThis Log.
Please read, and follow, all directions carefully!!!

Then, run a log, and post it in the HijackThis forum, at this link. Do not, fix anything, yet.
A member, of the HJT Team, will help you out.
It may take a while to get a response, because the HJT Team are very busy. Please, be patient, these people are volunteers. They will help you out, as soon as possible.

NOTE:
Once you have made the post, please, DO NOT make another post in the HJT forum, until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. The first thing they look for, when looking for logs to reply to, is 0 replies. If you make another post, there will be 1 reply. The team member, glancing over the replies, might assume someone is already helping you out, and will not respond. So, just make your post, and let it sit there, until a team member responds. This way you will be taken care of, in the most timely manner.
