Couldn't get logged in because I forgot my user name and password. Filled in the 'forgot password' form twice but the expected emails didn't arrive. Filled in the 'contact us' form but as far as I could see, no message was sent. In desperartion, re-joined with the 'characterchange1' user but would rather have my own user back. But how???????????

WHAT are you trying to get an ID for?  Sorry, but my dog broke my crystal ball.  :lmao:

Everyone with a computer should back his system up to an external hard drive regularly.

I wanted access in order that I could raise a thread regarding a security problem i have with my computer. Sorry to hear about your crystal ball but they are very fragile and since your dog seems to have its eye on the other one, do take care!

Well...if you give us some background data to your situation...we can move this topic to the appropriate forum.

We can take care routine membername/account later, assuming that you actually have two accounts in your name.

Hi Louis. You have already solved my SAS, Avast and MBAM problem on another forum, so I have no further issues apart from my 2 accounts, 'geologist' and 'characterchange1'.

If this is a User Account you should be able to remove one from the Control Panel under User Accounts.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
