I have no idea where to start.
I started getting errors when I booted my PC.
QBWebConnector.exe-bad image
C:\windows\system32\sendori.dll saying its not designed to run on windows or has an error.
I have email access but no Internet through IE or google chrome.
I get the "this page can't be displayed" error.
Ran antivirus Bitdefender and Malwarebytes. No issues.
Removed sendori program
Win 7 64 bit. IE 11
Still no Internet.
Please help. I'm sending this from another computer as I can't post from the problem one.

After you remove this program download TempFileCleaner by Old Timer to your desktop
 • Close any open windows / programs.
• Double click the TFC icon to run the program
• T.F.C. will close all open programs itself in order to run,
• Click the Start button to begin the process.

• Allow T.F.C. to run uninterrupted.
• The program should not take long to finish it's job
• Once its finished it could automatically reboot your machine,
• If it doesn't, please manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

For stage 2, please follow the next program in Normal Mode, or you can run it in Safe Mode with Networking

Please download RKill (courtesy of BleepingComputer.com) to your desktop.
There are 2 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.
You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them.

You may get warnings from your antivirus about this tool, ignore them or shutdown your antivirus.

How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus if required.

RKill.exe: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/10/
iExplore.exe (renamed RKill.exe): http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/11/

* Double-click on the RKill desktop icon to run the tool.
* A black DOS box will briefly flash and then disappear. This is normal and indicates the tool ran successfully.
* If not, delete the file, then download and use the one provided in Link 2.
* If the tool does not run from any of the links provided, please let me know.

If normal mode still doesn't work, run the tool from safe mode.
When the scan is done Notepad will open with rKill log.
Copy and paste it in your next reply.

NOTE. RKill.txt log will also be present on your desktop.

Thank you for the fast response! It is very much appreciated!

I believe I have Sendori deleted. I will check the Registry. I still have no internet, only email. Can I DL the programs onto my laptop and transfer them over to my problem computer or do they need to be DL on the machine that needs to run them so they can update?

I would normally direct you to the Malware area on this forum, but you seem to have more specific problems with Malwarebytes program, they do have their own area on their own forum where these problems are fixed much quicker. I did track several errors that were the same as yours -  {{PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (0,0,DNS error)}} These were all handled by their own helpers -

Please read and follow the links below to "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Help areas" on "their forums".

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT use any temporary file cleaners unless instructed to do so - they can cause data loss, making recovery difficult.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE EXPERT HELP WITH MALWARE REMOVAL, PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING 2 OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: Free, one-on-one, expert assistance in the Malware Removal Forum.
OPTION 2: For licensed users of MBAM PRO, there is free, one-on-one, expert assistance from the MBAM support helpdesk.

OPTION 1:

  • Please print out, read and carefully follow the instructions in the "I'm Infected - What Do I Do Now?" sticky topic.
  • -->If the infection has so crippled the computer that you cannot complete some or all of the steps, then just do the best you can and start a new topic as described below.
  • Then please start a new post in their Malware Removal Forum.
  • An authorized, trained malware expert will provide free, one-on-one assistance as soon as one becomes available.
  • When starting your new post please take note
  • Please do NOT post in a topic started by someone else, even if their problem sounds similar.
  • Please COPY/PASTE the requested logs directly into your post, rather than attaching them.
  • Under options, please be sure to select "track this topic" and "immediate email notification", so you'll know when a helper responds.
  • Please be patient - it may be 48 hours or more before a helper can assist you, especially when the forum is very busy.
  • Please do NOT "bump" your topic or reply back to it for at least 48 hours.
  • Doing so may cause your topic to be overlooked, as it will appear that you are already being helped.

OPTION 2:
If you are a paid user of MBAM PRO and would like support via the helpdesk, please contact them HERE.

I hope this advice helps in some way -

I don't think my issue is the program. The program is just another example of how I don't have internet.

Email is all I have. I cant get online with IE or Google chrome. I only ran MB to try to find if I had any Malware. According to everything I've run I don't.

Can I just get directed on how to fix this?

>> Email is all I have. <<

I do understand that it is frustrating when we only have your posts to relate to, as I have had problems also (reason I started helping people).

Sorry for all of these questions, but any one of them may provide us with some help.

1. Do you have Email in and out from the problem computer at this time ??

2. Are you able to access Safe Mode with Networking on the problem computer at any time ??

3. Have you tested any other computer on the same input (router) network as the problem computer ??

4. Have you tested the problem computer on another network ??

5. Are you on Wifi or can you connect with Ethernet cable from router problem to computer ??

6. Are you able to contact your Internet Service Provider regarding these problems ??

Any or all responses may give us a direction in which to head .......

Sorry if I have repeated or seem to repeat any questions at any time ... (because I will).

Did you by chance check the proxy settings in Internet Properties? Sometimes if these get changed, usually by a program, it will show you have an active internet connection, but when you try and go to a site, nothing will load.

To check:

  • Press the Windows Key + R to open the run dialog box.
  • type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter.
  • The internet properties box should open, click the Connections tab.
  • Click at the bottom LAN settings
  • Look for the box that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN. Make sure the box next to this is unchecked, and once it his hit OK.
  • Click apply, and then OK.
  • Restart your browsers and try navigating to a website

Let me know if that works!

Thanks for the idea. It was already unchecked so no changes were made. I wish that would have been the issue.

This is the main item that I do not understand.
"You do have internet" but not access to other browsers.

Open Internet Explorer > Click on the Gear (tools) icon > Open Internet Options > Do you have a home page listed ??

Go to any other browser that you use and (if required) do the same.

You must remember that the Sendori scammers "hijacked" your home page, so you must replace it with your own.

I just put www.google.com, and it seems to fill in the http:// part (or you can do the full bit) or pick your own Home Page.

If there is not one listed, you will not have a browser .......
