any of you guys know much about the 2015 android silver? i just know nexus is soon to be dead because of this

Anything at this point is all speculation. But the main thing I've taken away from the rumors is that Google wants to decrease the amount of fragmentation of the OS and OS updates. Google wants more control of the basic OS and timeliness of it's updates.
