Win 8.1 refusing internet connections

msg= check proxy settins

Contacted my IP. .They reset modem.  No problems found.

Open Device Manager and see if there are any driver problems.


To open Device Manager, press Windows Key + R and type "devmgmt.msc" without the quotes.

In Internet explorer
Click Tools
Click internet options and under the connections tab, settings, untick the 'use a proxy server'
Close Browser and reopen it.
